| Thank you for a fantastic holiday! Your villa was as gorgeous as it looks on the photgraphs. Much nicer than any other we had stayed in. There was more than enough room for 10 of us to relax each evening. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a luxury after the busy parks! We loved the ice 'on tap' in the kitchen! All of the bedrooms were lovely, the three en-suites were a necessity (not a luxury, as we first thought!) with three teenage girls!! The girls particularly liked the bunk beds! One bed to sleep in, one to throw all their clothes on!!! (Perhaps they didn't see the built-in wardrobe!) And the games room was a final meeting place each night before everyone went to bed! Florida was amazing, as always, but your villa made this holiday stand out from the rest! Thank you again! You made it so easy for us with your detailed website and easy-to-follow instructions! |

| My family cannot say enough about your home. It is rare to find accomodations that actually look as good as the pictures show it to be....but in your case the house was everything shown..and more! Anyway, i just thought i would send off this email to let you know how happy we were that we could stay in such a beautiful house. | Great house, great communication with owner. The house is HUGE! We had our extended family (8 adults, 4 kids) there for a Disneyworld trip. Couldn't have been more perfect. Wow, what an improvement over hotels... Being in a big house really made the family-time fun. We swam, BBQ'd, ate b-fast together - all things that wouldn't have happened as cohesively as at a resort (and for a fraction of the cost!). |

| We were delighted with our whole experience with Forest View Villa. Steve was terrific to deal with as was the Vacation Away staff. The home is decorated with top notch furniture and decor (better than home) and cleanliness was A+. Our kids enjoyed their first Disney trip and we're sure that Forest View helped make it a very memorable family vaction. The pool and game room were awesome and the trip as a whole was fantastic!!!!!!!!!! |

| We just returned from a wonderful weekend at your home in Orlando. It was wonderful to have so much space! Our teenagers enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room so much that they opted to stay at the house instead of going to Disney or Universal! | We had a wonderful time over the New Year at Forest View Villa. The home was very spacious and well maintained. We traveled as a family with our children, grandchildren and my mother (8 adults and 3 children). The bedroom down was perfect for my Mom as she does not do stairs. My husband and I enjoyed the huge Master up and we all enjoyed the 4 bathrooms especially when getting ready to go to the parks. The kids loved the pool and gamesroom as did the bigger "kids". The management staff was very helpful too. In all a GREAT trip! My youngest daughter got engaged New Years Eve so we will always remember our stay at your lovely home. |

| The house exceeds ones expectations. One is always worried, will the place live up to expectations? are the pictures real? etc, etc. With you definitely everything is as described and we were delighted. Your home was WONDERFUL! We had a great time there. My mother in law and wife especially asked me to tell you THANK YOU very much for your house. It made a great trip even better. The swimming pool, the air hockey, the pool table, the kitchen, the bedrooms, all were great. They didn't want to leave the house at the end of the vacation. | Great Holiday and great place to stay. We went with another family and there were 8 of us in total, it was nice to still have plenty space to relax after a hard day at the parks. The place is immaculatly clean which is a change from some of the villas we have stayed at in the past. |

| We have returned relaxed and refreshed from our Florida holiday. Your home was absolutely lovely and the children enjoyed the pool and spa immensely. In fact, on many days they wanted to leave the amusement parks to return to the pool for a swim! Your home easily accomadated our party of 6 adults and 5 children, and the layout provided areas to get away for some quiet time when needed. Great location, close to all parks. |

| Great home, especially for a mixed age group. The teenagers loved the games room and our 11 year old loved the pool. Very clean, nicely decorated, upscale home. Plenty of room for everyone to relax together or separately. Good location - not far from attractions, but not in the middle of the traffic and noise. |

| We had an excellent holiday. Your villa is absolutely beautiful. My grandson keeps saying can we go back to the ladies house. He celebrated his 3rd birthday there, had lunch with Pooh Bear etc at Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom he loved every minute of the holiday especially your pool. As you know he had a bone marrow transplant when he was only 6 months old. We use to tell him that, when he was well enough we would all go to see the real Pooh Bear in Disneyland. | What an absolute dream vacation home!!! Not only was this house beautiful, but it was spotless as well. With 7 adults and 2 kids we all had more than enough room to spread out and do our own thing. It was so much better than being stuck in a small hotel room. Our first choice was to stay at one of the suites at a Disney World Resort. However, after finding out that one night was going to cost us almost the same as one whole week in a 5 bedroom house, with our own pool and game room, it was a no brainer. Besides that, with a fully equipped kitchen we were able to save money on not having to eat every meal out. Our vacation could not have been better. If we ever get another big group together we would without a doubt book this house again!! |
